How does 1-click quotation generation work?
Interior Automate comes pre-configured with standard architectural room templates for 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK, and Villas across Economy, Premium, and Luxury tiers. You can generate an itemized quote in seconds and customize any item quantity, material spec, or rate.
Can I add my studio logo and digital signature to PDF quotes?
Yes! Under your Studio Profile settings, you can upload your studio's high-res logo and draw/upload your digital signature. These automatically appear on all generated client proposals.
How does the 18% GST tax calculation work?
You can toggle 18% GST on or off for each proposal. When enabled, the system computes exact CGST (9%) + SGST (9%) or IGST (18%) with proper tax subtotals, invoice numbering, and client GSTIN capture.
Is my studio's database backed up automatically?
Yes. All quotations, leads, and custom templates are stored in an enterprise MySQL database with transaction locking and automatic daily backups on our secure server infrastructure.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your data remains 100% safe. You can log in and renew your plan at any time through Razorpay to resume generating and exporting proposals.
