01. Acceptance of Terms & Service Entity
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding master service agreement between you ("User", "Studio Owner", "Subscriber", or "You") and Saniya Impex Solutions ("Service Provider", "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the proprietary technology brand Interior Automate (InteriorAutomate.com).

By registering an account, subscribing to any paid plan tier, or accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.
02. SaaS License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable subscription fees, Saniya Impex Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Interior Automate solely for your interior design, architectural consulting, and turnkey contracting business operations.

04. Intellectual Property Rights
- Platform IP: All source code, quotation algorithms, room models, user interfaces, branding, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Saniya Impex Solutions.
- Studio Content: You retain complete ownership of your uploaded logos, digital signatures, client names, and customized project proposals.
05. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the proprietary quotation calculation algorithms.
- Resell, sublicense, or share login credentials with third parties outside your authorized design studio.
- Use the system to transmit fraudulent proposals or engage in malicious security attacks.
06. Estimation Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Saniya Impex Solutions be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
07. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or fail to renew upon plan expiration. You may voluntarily terminate your account at any time via support.
08. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
