Refund & Cancellation Policy (No Refunds)

01. Strict Non-Refundability Principle

By purchasing any subscription tier on Interior Automate (including 🥈 Silver Plan, 🥇 Gold Plan, 💍 Platinum Plan, or 💎 Diamond Lifetime Plan), you explicitly agree and acknowledge that all sales are final and no refunds, returns, pro-rata reimbursements, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, for any reason whatsoever.

This policy applies uniformly to all users, design studios, individual architects, and corporate enterprises across all geographical locations.

02. Non-Refundable Scenarios (Comprehensive Notice)

Refund requests will NOT be accepted or processed under any of the following circumstances or reasons:

• ❌ Change of Mind: Deciding not to use the software after purchasing a plan.
• ❌ Lack of Usage: Not logging in or utilizing the platform during your active prepaid subscription period.
• ❌ Financial / Business Reasons: Personal or studio financial difficulties, project cancellations, or slowdown in client inquiries.
• ❌ Feature Misunderstanding: Claiming misunderstanding of platform features or choosing an incorrect plan tier.
• ❌ Dissatisfaction: Subjective dissatisfaction with templates, design formats, or calculation matrix outputs.
• ❌ Account Inactivity / Suspension: Account deactivation or termination resulting from violation of Terms & Conditions.
• ❌ Voluntary Cancellation: Cancelling your subscription prior to the expiration of your prepaid billing term.

03. Instant Digital Consumable Nature

Interior Automate is an online digital software application. When a transaction is completed, our cloud infrastructure immediately provisions:

• Instant access to proprietary 3D room-by-room cost calculation matrices.
• Instant access to 18% GST (CGST/SGST) tax invoicing engines.
• Instant capability to generate, export, and download unlimited high-resolution PDF proposals and client estimates.
• Dedicated private cloud datastore allocation for your studio CRM records.

Because full digital access is granted instantly and digital assets cannot be physically returned, all payments are consumed immediately upon activation.

04. Zero Cancellation Fees & No Penalty Policy

When you decide to cancel or choose not to renew your subscription on Interior Automate (operated by Saniya Impex Solutions):

• 🟢 No Hidden Exit Charges: There are no cancellation fees, penalty deductions, or surprise fees (₹ 0.00).
• 🟢 No Recurring Bank Debits: Upon cancellation, no further renewal payments or automatic debits will ever be charged.
• 🟢 Active Access Till Term End: Your studio workspace remains fully operational until the exact expiry date of your current prepaid billing cycle.
• ⚠️ No Past Payments Refund: While cancellation is 100% free with zero fees, all subscription fees already paid for the current/past period remain strictly non-refundable.

The only exception recognized by banking regulations is a technical gateway overcharge where a user's bank account is debited more than once for a single checkout attempt:
