We collect only information reasonably necessary to deliver, authenticate, and maintain your studio workspace:

A. Studio Onboarding & Identity Records

• Studio Identity: Primary Owner Name, Firm / Studio Legal Name, Slogan, Office Address, City, State, and Country (India).
• Contact Channels: Official Support Email Address, Mobile Phone / WhatsApp Number.
• Tax Identifiers (Optional): 15-digit GSTIN for automated B2B tax invoice generation.
• Brand Media: High-resolution studio brand logos and authorized digital signatory stamps uploaded for insertion onto client PDF proposals.

B. Client CRM & Architectural Proposals

• Client lead records, site addresses, BHK room layouts, customized scope matrices, 6-stage milestone collection logs, and PDF estimates generated inside the workspace.
• These records are strictly confidential and remain the exclusive property of your studio.

C. Razorpay Payment Transaction Identifiers

• When you purchase a subscription, transactions are processed securely via Razorpay. Interior Automate receives only non-sensitive confirmation metadata (e.g. Razorpay Payment ID pay_..., order amount, timestamp, and verification status).

03. Commercial & Technical Usage

We utilize the collected information strictly for legitimate commercial purposes:

• Workspace Provisioning: Setting up your isolated cloud datastore and activating your selected tier.
• Architectural Automation: Powering the 3D room estimator, 18% GST calculation engine, and PDF export renderer.
• License Lifecycle Management: Tracking active subscription countdowns and processing 1-click renewals.
• Security & Authentication: Safeguarding against credential abuse and unauthorized studio access.

04. Security & Encryption Standards

We implement multi-layered safeguards to ensure maximum data protection:

• 256-Bit SSL/TLS Encryption: All browser-to-server data transmission is secured with modern HTTPS encryption.
• Tenant Isolation: Every studio datastore operates in isolated client storage, preventing cross-tenant leakage.
• Permanent Data Deletion: Studios can request immediate, permanent deletion of their account and all associated quotation history at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your studio data. Data is shared exclusively with necessary infrastructure partners under strict confidentiality agreements:

Interior Automate utilizes modern localStorage and minimal encrypted session tokens to persist your active workspace, studio profile, and UI theme (Light/Dark mode) across browser refreshes without relying on invasive tracking cookies.

07. User Rights under Indian Law

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, you retain full rights to:

• Access & Inspect: View all saved client records, quotations, and profile data in real time.
• Rectify: Edit, modify, or update your studio details through the Studio Profile manager.
• Erase: Request permanent removal of your account data by contacting our support team.
